Toronto**# # OPPORTUNITY As a Private Equity Analyst Intern, you will have a role working with the investment and origination teams within the Private Equity Group. The principal focus of this position will be researching and analyzing a variety of industries and investment opportunities, assisting with the execution of transactions, and supporting the investment team in building strategy initiatives for existing portfolio companies.

The role will also expose you to origination activities, financial reporting, tax and compliance related activities within the investments and funds.

The position will require the candidate to work with members across the Private Equity team, comprised of 20+ investment, origination, and administration professionals.

Fengate is looking for a candidate who has a strong finance foundation coupled with interest and experience in research and investing. Fengate is looking for self-starters, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and excellent interpersonal, communications and collaboration skills.#
