Director of Finance Data Stewardship

Join a critical role as Director of Finance Data Strategy & Stewardship, leading data quality improvements and governance across Finance. Play a central role in ensuring data compliance and reliability.

Within the Controllership organization, you will manage an end-to-end strategy for Finance data governance. Your responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding of new data sources and ensuring that data models meet operational and regulatory needs. Additionally, you will lead a Data Governance team in India and establish necessary compliance frameworks for financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the Finance data strategy

• Oversee the intake and management of Finance data

• Design high-quality Finance data models and frameworks

• Develop governance standards and monitor data quality

• Lead a dedicated Data Governance team in India

Requirements:

• 12-15+ years in data management experience

• Strong grasp of Financial processes and reporting frameworks

• Proven data modeling and management skills

• Leadership experience in international teams

• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
