Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support for asset-level decision-making

• Conduct analysis for leasing opportunities and capital projects

• Assist Asset Manager with property valuations and reports

• Build Argus models and manage asset performance metrics

• Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses as necessary

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance or business

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate or asset management

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

• Proficient in Excel and experienced with Yardi

• Capable of working in a dynamic, collaborative team
