This position reports to the Manager of Settlement and involves handling customer inquiries and assisting with general clerical duties. Successful candidates will hold a college diploma and have previous experience in customer-oriented financial roles. Key tasks include processing financial discrepancies and ensuring compliance with PCI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies

• Engage with customers through professional phone and email support

• Manage chargebacks and reversals efficiently

• Assist in the preparation of month-end financial statements

• Comply with all relevant regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Required college diploma with related experience

• Proven organizational skills and confidentiality maintenance

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment

• Proficient in Excel, at least intermediate level

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
