You will report to the AVP, CFO - Retail Wealth Dealers, taking charge of financial reporting and strategic analysis for our Wealth distribution unit. Your insights will help shape important decisions, and you will foster relationships across departments. Additionally, you'll lead and develop a senior analyst, ensuring excellence in financial outputs and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate wealth sales and income reports
• Create quarterly business review materials
• Spearhead forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
• Lead discussions around M&A and key projects
• Build trusted relationships with finance leaders
Requirements:
• 7+ years in financial services or business analysis
• Degree in Finance or related discipline; advanced credentials preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial tools
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical skills to support decision-making
