Join SLC Management's Toronto-based team as a Director/Senior Director, FP&A in a highly visible role that extends well beyond traditional financial planning and analysis. In addition to leading management reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning, you will support investor relations, financial modeling, business analytics, and corporate strategy across a global alternatives platform. The role offers regular interaction with SLC Management's executive team, business leaders, and Sun Life partners.

• Management reporting — Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including AUM and fee-earning AUM roll‑forwards, fee-related earnings, management and performance fee revenue, expenses, margin, and headcount, with clear commentary on drivers, trends, and variances to plan.
• Planning and forecasting — Own key components of the annual budget, multi-year business plan, and rolling forecast process across business units and corporate functions; partner with business leaders to build, challenge, and validate assumptions.
• Business and strategic planning — Support the enterprise strategic planning cycle, including long‑range financial projections, growth ambition setting, capital allocation analysis, and evaluation of new products, strategies, and investment platforms.
