From January to April 2027, this internship allows Real Estate, Business, and Finance students to gain hands-on experience. You will support tenant management, handle documentation, and work with internal partners to deliver excellent service. Your top performance could lead to future placements at Scotiabank and Tangerine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage activities related to third-party tenants
• Produce high-caliber written documentation for reporting
• Coordinate with Facilities Management and Accounting teams
• Monitor tenant issues and requests, providing timely follow-up
• Engage in special projects to achieve strategic goals
Requirements:
• Enrollment in post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and major office applications
• Strong communication capabilities in English;
Spanish preferred
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Participation in extracurriculars, conferences, or clubs
