As the Senior Analyst in OTC, A/R & A/P Operations, you will support SAP changes, enhance OTC processes, and drive user acceptance testing. This role encompasses root cause analysis and collaborative efforts with Fintech, GL, Rev Ops, and Compliance, ensuring effective cash management and credit risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead moderate-sized projects utilizing business knowledge
• Serve as a subject matter expert for OTC processes
• Execute user acceptance testing and requirement gathering
• Collaborate with teams for end-to-end strategic solutions
• Manage business process flows within the OTC system
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in finance or accounting; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a high transaction volume setting
• Strong SQL knowledge; familiarity with Big Query a plus
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, and billing software
• Proven problem-solving skills with excellent time management
