This role provides manager-level finance leadership for Corporate Segment close-cycle reporting, governance, planning and forecasting, allocation oversight, executive narrative, and cross-functional issue resolution. The Finance Manager owns outcomes within the assigned portfolio, exercises sound judgement to resolve complex issues, and makes timely, risk-informed decisions with appropriate escalation. The role proactively engages stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, business partners, control functions, central finance teams, and other groups to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, understand inputs and downstream impacts, and drive improvements to processes, controls, analysis, and deliverables.

The Finance Manager - Corporate Consolidations integrates Corporate Segment financial results, key drivers, significant items, treasury and liquidity considerations, stress testing impacts, and operational inputs into clear management reporting and decision-support materials. The role takes end-to-end ownership of assigned outcomes, applies critical thinking and sound judgement to complex or ambiguous issues, and recommends or implements practical solutions. As a trusted finance partner, the Finance Manager constructively challenges inputs and assumptions, anticipates risks and opportunities, makes decisions within delegated authority, and continuously improves reporting, controls, stakeholder alignment, and ways of working.

• Stakeholder relationship and outcome ownership:
  Own relationships and outcomes across Finance, Treasury, business partners, control functions, central finance teams, and other stakeholders. Proactively clarify requirements, establish accountabilities and timelines, challenge assumptions constructively, and build the subject-matter knowledge needed to assess inputs, resolve gaps, and explain downstream impacts.
• Reporting, analysis, and insight:
  Lead Corporate Segment close-cycle reporting, variance and driver analysis, executive-ready narrative, and management reporting outputs. Apply critical thinking to distinguish underlying business drivers from data noise, draw clear conclusions, and deliver recommendations that support timely management decisions.
• Planning, forecasting, and allocations:
  Own assigned planning, forecasting, expense allocation, and methodology work streams from definition through execution and follow-up. Evaluate assumptions, assess financial and operational impacts, make recommendations, and drive alignment and decisions with partner teams.
