In this role, reporting to the Director of Commercial Real Estate, you will be instrumental in assessing investment proposals. Collaborating with various teams while maintaining a focus on risk compliance and timely loan approvals, you'll contribute to the company's growth and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate investment proposals and assist in decision-making
• Coordinate due diligence and ensure timely proposal presentations
• Maintain high-quality standards in risk assessment processes
• Support management of the Large Commercial pipeline
• Ensure compliance with internal and external lending guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or economics
• 3-5 years in commercial mortgage lending or underwriting
• Strong background in commercial real estate
• Proficient in MS Office, chiefly Excel
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
