Position: Analyst Role in Pension Administration

As part of our dedicated team, you will work closely with pension databases and assist in the effective administration of retirement plans. Your key tasks will include processing benefits and handling client inquiries, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Collaborating with senior team members, you will also help improve processes and participate in training to expand your industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute member data updates and financial calculations

• Answer standard queries from members and clients

• Identify and rectify data discrepancies quickly

• Develop comprehensive checklists and procedures

• Contribute to special projects as needed

Requirements:

• 0-2 years’ experience in pension administration

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

• Effective communication skills in English
