Position: Director of Finance for Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quarterly investor reporting under US GAAP and IFRS

• Present quarterly fund results to senior management

• Review valuations and manage interactions with service providers

• Analyze tax financials for legal entities

• Assist with capital calls and distributions to investors

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

• Minimum 7 years in finance/accounting roles

• Experience in private funds and investment management

• Strong leadership and proactive management skills

• Knowledge of Mercatus, Workiva, and Anaplan
