Corporate Treasury Analyst

Position: Corporate Treasury Analyst at Primaris REIT
Become a Corporate Treasury Analyst with Primaris REIT in Toronto, contributing to cash management and banking processes. This role emphasizes analytics and reporting in a collaborative environment.

As a Treasury Analyst, you will manage daily cash activities, analyze banking data, and oversee credit facilities. Your attention to detail will assist in processing payments, maintaining bank accounts, and supporting audit requests. You will cultivate relationships with banks while identifying process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positions and forecasting

• Download and update banking statements regularly

• Review monthly banking fees for corrections

• Process outgoing wire payments and transfers

• Support banking inquiries for the property accounting group

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

• Knowledge of Corporate Treasury is a plus

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
