This role within the Capital Markets and Factor Investing department involves supporting investment decisions and conducting extensive research. As an Analyst, you will engage with hedge fund strategies, portfolio construction, and risk management. This position offers a chance to work closely with exceptional colleagues in a high-standard setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and review hedge fund investment performance
• Assess external managers through diligent analysis
• Support co-investment evaluations across asset classes
• Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research
• Develop analytical tools for enhanced investment monitoring
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a degree program set for completion by April 2026
• Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python or VBA is advantageous
• Experience with portfolio management platforms is a plus
• Enthusiasm for upholding CPP Investments’ core values
