In this full-time role reporting to the Director of One Stream Technologies, you will administer and elevate the One Stream financial planning and reporting platform. Gather business requirements, ensure system stability, and provide crucial end-user training. Your input will directly contribute to effective financial systems development within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and validate requirements from Finance, Accounting, and IT SMEs
• Execute system upgrades and enhancement deployments
• Create and maintain end-user documentation and training materials
• Analyze and troubleshoot One Stream incidents and defects
• Implement process improvements for platform efficiency
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of One Stream experience in financial systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Proven communication skills across all organizational levels
