Forum Asset Management is seeking an Associate, Corporate Development to originate, execute and manage investments alongside senior members of the team, reporting to the Managing Partner, Corporate Development and Private Equity. Based in our Toronto office, this role will be a key member of the Corporate Development and Private Equity team and will contribute to driving investment performance across Forum’s corporate development strategies.

This is a high-impact role within a growing corporate development and private equity group, working directly alongside senior deal team members to originate, structure, execute and manage investments. The Associate will build and maintain complex financial models, lead diligence work streams and help shape recommendations that go directly to Forum's Investment Committee. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing, AI-native individual to gain hands-on experience with a top-tier investment platform that is scaling fast and building the infrastructure to match.
