As part of TD Securities, you'll join a leading investment banking team of over 350 professionals. This position focuses on M&A financial advisory services to corporate, government, and institutional clients. You will leverage your analytical skills while collaborating with seasoned experts to identify and analyze acquisition opportunities across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and assess clients' financial situations
• Analyze market data and M&A opportunities
• Develop valuation models for companies and mergers
• Assist with transaction negotiations and client proposals
• Prepare and contribute to presentations for clients
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Investment Banking at a major firm
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in Mergers and Acquisitions
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Will to obtain SIE and Series 79 licenses
Excel in financial analysis and client engagement as an M&A Associate with TD Securities in Toronto.
