Fitch Ratings seeks a seasoned Director to join its U.S. and Canada Corporates Utilities team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial analysis and corporate credit, particularly within the utilities sector. You will serve as a primary analyst, comprehensively evaluating debt issuers and delivering timely insights that drive capital market decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 Electric and Gas Utilities
• Present Fitch’s credit views at meetings and round tables
• Engage with external stakeholders in the ratings process
• Collaborate on evaluations with Corporates and related groups
• Cultivate a collaborative work environment within the Utilities team
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in capital markets or credit analysis
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or CFA preferred
