Fraud Analyst Intern

• This internship is for the Winter Term:
  January 4, 2027 - April 30, 2027

• As a part of the broader Strategic Operations team, you will learn how the business works and have a direct impact on the customer experience

• Review customer accounts in order to compile compelling evidence for customer disputes
• Assess / Leverage data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities
• Monitor Fraud Dashboards to ensure we're being proactive in our fraud mitigation efforts

You are a critical thinker and problem-solver

You are a post-secondary student, studying business or finance1-2 years of work experience preferred

Experience with data analysis preferred

You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel You have a passion for people, processes, and systems
