Position: Corporate Banking Associate Director at RBC
Drive corporate lending success as an Associate Director in RBC's Corporate Client Group in Toronto. Lead mid-market banking initiatives through financial modeling, credit structuring, and client management.

As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role within the Corporate Client Group – Finance team r focus will be on supporting capital management and loan origination efforts for a diverse portfolio of clients in Canada. You will engage in complex loan transactions and manage client relationships, all while enhancing your skills in financial analysis and credit documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the structuring and closing of corporate loans

• Prepare marketing pitches for existing and potential clients

• Conduct financial modeling and due diligence for transactions

• Manage transaction documentation and client interactions

• Collaborate with RBC partners across various functions

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
