Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, seeks an experienced Senior Tax Manager to manage Canadian corporate income tax compliance. This role requires expertise in GST/HST and indirect tax compliance while maintaining transfer pricing documentation. You will collaborate closely with the Tax, Finance, and Legal teams to navigate complex global tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Canadian corporate income tax compliance across jurisdictions

• Manage GST/HST and provincial indirect tax compliance

• Maintain defensible transfer pricing documentation

• Advise on cross-border arrangements with Finance and Legal

• Support US income tax provision and federal compliance

Requirements:

• CPA certification required

• 8-10 years of Canadian corporate tax experience

• Background at major accounting firms

• Multinational tax experience understanding cross-border dynamics

• Strong transfer pricing expertise and technical translation skills
