This position encompasses the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, refinancing, and investor reporting. Ideal candidates will develop financial models, conduct performance analysis, and support strategic initiatives, making significant contributions from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models

• Perform detailed investment sensitivity and performance analysis

• Prepare investor reports and communications

• Coordinate asset onboardings and maintain portfolio databases

• Assist with post-acquisition investment monitoring

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or engineering
