Hybrid Trade Deductions Analyst

This 13-month contract position is pivotal to our financial health. You will manage trade deductions, validate claims, and ensure financial records are accurate in SAP. Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, your diligence will help minimize trade spending leakage and foster better food experiences daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and clear customer trade deductions monthly
• Validate unauthorized trade promotion claims
• Maintain accurate financial records in SAP
• Monitor deduction aging and prioritize cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
• Experience in trade deductions or accounts receivable
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills for high transaction volumes
• Clear communication with internal teams and customers
• Adaptable in a structured yet dynamic environment
