In your first year, you will manage and resolve over 450 customer trade deductions monthly, ensuring timely clearance and recovery to protect cash flow and reduce financial risk.

This role is vital to Flora Food Group’s financial health, preventing trade spending leakage and maintaining accurate revenue reporting.

By working closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, you help keep customer accounts current and support the smooth flow of funds that enable us to deliver better food to kitchens everywhere.

• Manage and clear customer trade deductions and disputes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Validate and administer unauthorized trade promotion claims, identifying invalid deductions and pursuing recovery.
• Maintain precise financial records through deduction coding, reconciliations, and month-end support in SAP.
• Monitor deduction aging, prioritizing high-value cases to improve cash recovery and reduce write-offs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to gather documentation and resolve issues.

You will own the deduction management process, driving measurable improvements in cash flow and working capital.

Success means resolving 450+ deductions monthly, reducing aged deductions by 10-15%, and maintaining 95%+ accuracy in month-end activities.

Your data-driven approach will ensure timely recovery of funds and clear visibility into trade spending trends, supporting Flora Food Group’s financial stability and growth.

This role reports to the Trade Deductions Team Lead and operates within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

You will work closely with teams across Sales, Revenue Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Your responsible management of deductions protects long-term financial health and supports sustainable business practices that benefit our customers and communities.

You bring a genuine interest in the food industry and understand how financial accuracy and trade spend control contribute to delivering better food experiences.

You have solid experience managing trade deductions, accounts receivable, or customer claims, ideally within the consumer packaged goods or food industry.

You are proficient in SAP and advanced Excel, comfortable handling high transaction volumes with strong analytical skills.

You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and customers, taking ownership of your portfolio and driving issues to resolution.
