FCC is establishing a Project Finance business line and seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to structure, negotiate and execute sophisticated financing transactions. You will advise credit teams and business leaders, manage risk, and guide external counsel as needed.
Ideal candidate has seven+ years of project finance experience, BC/CA licensing, and a proven ability to lead complex negotiations in a fast-paced environment.
