Lead financial operations as the Finance Manager in a nonprofit setting. Oversee accounting functions, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency.
This role requires proven leadership and at least five years of experience in financial management. You will supervise finance staff, manage payroll for over 80 employees, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Collaborate with program managers and provide analysis to support effective budgeting and funding compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting functions and ensure proper financial recording
• Lead the annual budgeting process with senior leadership
• Manage payroll processing for more than 80 employees
• Coordinate annual audits and support compliance requirements
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
Requirements:
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation is strongly preferred
• Minimum five years of financial management experience
• Experience in nonprofit or publicly funded organizations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books
