Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze new investment opportunities from valuation to closing

• Assist in underwriting acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations

• Build and refine financial models and budgets

• Research market fundamentals to assess risks

• Participate in weekly Investment Committee meetings

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• Previous internship or relevant work experience preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Willingness to travel as required

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
