In this role, you will oversee the closing processes of multi-family mortgage transactions, focusing on funding accuracy and audit preparedness. You will be responsible for quality assurance, authorizing advances and disbursements, and maintaining organized loan files. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is key to ensuring seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-family mortgage transaction closings accurately
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of loan data
• Authorize and process mortgage advances and disbursements
• Maintain structured loan files for audit readiness
• Liaise with solicitors and insurance consultants
Requirements:
• 1+ year in financial services or mortgage administration
• Knowledge of loan closing processes and documentation
• Experience with CMHC-insured multi-family mortgages preferred
• Bilingual in French is a strong asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
