As part of the inaugural hire in the Strategic Finance team, you will influence Beacon’s financial direction alongside senior company leaders. This role demands a unique blend of operational intuition and financial analysis to drive growth, value creation, and capital allocation. You will also help build AI-native finance systems that ensure scalability across Beacon’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with GMs on financial strategies across verticals
• Develop value creation plans and allocate capital strategically
• Contribute to capital markets preparation and debt strategies
• Build analytical frameworks for investment decisions
• Collaborate on AI-native systems with engineering teams
Requirements:
• 3-8 years in finance roles or strategy consulting
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with vertical market software dynamics
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
