Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software capitalization and amortization processes

• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial close activities

• Ensure accuracy in time-reporting and project data

• Develop reports explaining financial performance and trends

• Coach and assess finance team members for growth

Requirements:

• 7+ years in financial analysis or management reporting

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Proven leadership and communication skills
