This role with Fitch US Corporates allows you to spearhead efforts in evaluating credit quality for key operating companies in the REITs and Leisure sectors. You will conduct thorough analyses, prepare financial models, and relay your findings to internal committees and external investors. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate critical factors impacting credit quality in real estate
• Create and sustain detailed financial modeling
• Present company analyses to credit ratings committees

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA is advantageous
• CFA/CPA preferred
• Experience in capital markets or credit analysis beneficial
• Strong expertise in Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
