As a Specialist II, you will conduct comprehensive post-funding reviews to ensure adherence to company policies in mortgage underwriting. You will assess documentation quality and facilitate external audits while analyzing trends to strengthen internal procedures. This role will expand your expertise in residential underwriting practices while providing a structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review mortgage applications for adherence to guidelines
• Analyze post-funding documentation compliance
• Support the external audit process and inquiries
• Identify trends in underwriting practices
• Ensure timely execution of Quality Assurance reviews
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of residential underwriting practices
• Experience in investigating fraudulent applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Clear communication and analytical skills
