As an Associate Analyst reporting to the Associate Director, you will collaborate with team members to oversee a portfolio of commercial mortgages. Your responsibilities include preparing discharge documents, coordinating with solicitors, and managing the validity of mortgage security. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of commercial lending practices and knowledge of core mortgage documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare discharge documents for paid-off mortgages
• Follow up on legal documentation with solicitors
• Handle PPSA renewals for security interests
• Review financial information for loan criteria accuracy
• Manage mortgage portfolio conditions to satisfy investors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related
• 2-3 years in Financial Services specializing in mortgages
• Knowledge of commercial lending and underwriting
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
