Crozier, a top consulting engineering firm, is seeking a Finance Director to lead all finance functions. Reporting directly to the President, you'll oversee accounting, treasury, and compliance to uphold IFRS standards. Your analysis will support strategic decisions for client projects across Ontario's land development sector, enhancing overall performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts and financial reporting systems
• Maintain revenue control and program budgets
• Establish financial benchmarks with senior leadership
• Analyze financial data and present reports
• Develop internal controls to protect company assets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CPA required
• 15+ years accounting experience, 10+ in finance leadership
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial forecasting
• Excellent analytic and communication skills
• Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly
