• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for high-rise development projects.
• Manage and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure financial practices meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making and project planning.

• Accounting Expertise:
  Proven experience in financial management within the high-rise development sector.
• Leadership:
  Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and financial processes.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors effectively.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 7 years in a financial management role, with significant experience in high-rise or real estate development projects.
