As Neo’s Finance Transformation Director, you will manage the finance policy suite and internal controls for our global operations. This senior role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams to enhance finance processes and ensure governance. You will also oversee external advisors and lead initiatives to improve financial reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of internal controls and document standards

• Own maintenance of finance policy suite and SOPs

• Establish review cadence for ICFR policy implementation

• Manage finance improvement initiatives and project timelines

• Collaborate with regional leaders to strengthen controls

Requirements:

• Experience with SOX internal controls and finance transformation

• Strong cross-functional project leadership skills

• Knowledge of financial reporting and IT-dependent controls

• Ability to manage external advisors effectively

• CPA, CIA, or CISA qualification preferred
