Position: Finance Reconciliation Associate Role
Become a key player in finance operations as a Finance & Reconciliation Associate. This role encompasses payment processing, accurate record maintenance, and reconciliation tasks to support financial integrity.

In this position, you will handle daily reconciliations, payment processing, and month-end activities within the finance department. Collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, and Treasury, you'll ensure accurate data and resolutions of discrepancies. Your analytical skills will play a vital role in maintaining financial records and enhancing automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation for bank and wallet transactions

• Support payment processing and record documentation

• Maintain Accounts Payable and Receivable records

• Prepare month-end reconciliation schedules and reports

• Provide audit support and tax preparation assistance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2-5 years of relevant finance experience

• Proficiency in Excel and reconciliation techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
