Lead commercial real estate growth for J.P. Morgan in Toronto, using client development and credit expertise with institutional relationships.
As a Senior Client Executive, you will manage Commercial Real Estate relationships within the Real Estate Banking Group. The position focuses on generating business, underwriting credit, cross-selling financial products, and advising private sector and institutional clients. You will contribute to JPMorgan Chase’s greater Toronto market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee Commercial Real Estate client relationships
- Discuss financial and real estate credit needs strategically
- Collaborate on credit analysis, structuring, and documentation
- Present Commercial Term Lending and CMBS capabilities
- Support onboarding, AML, and regulatory requirements
- 10–15 years of related real estate lending experience
- Experience serving private sector and institutional clients
- Underwriting experience across construction and acquisition financing
- Financial analysis skills supporting lending decisions
- Strong sales, marketing, and product cross-selling skills
