Cash Management Treasury Intern

Support liquidity management and cash operations as a Cash Management and Treasury Intern at IMCO’s downtown Toronto office-first workplace. Prepare reports and manage daily cash positions.
This internship supports undergraduate, master’s students, and recent graduates entering investment management. You will work with Investment Finance, Corporate Finance, custodians, administrators, investment teams, banks, brokers, and other stakeholders. The four-month May-August 2027 term includes daily treasury operations and experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily liquidity reports for internal stakeholders
Manage cash positions to maintain sufficient liquidity
Monitor investment cash receipts and outgoing payments
Process transfers and verify multicurrency wiring instructions
Ensure trades settle within market timelines
Requirements:
Undergraduate or master’s student or recent graduate
Strong work ethic and self-starting approach
Collaborative interpersonal skills across colleague levels
Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
Technical skills in Excel/VBA, Power BI, or Bloomberg
Build treasury expertise through liquidity reporting, cash operations, and stakeholder coordination at IMCO in downtown Toronto.
