M&A Vice President

Lead middle-market M&A transactions in Toronto through financial analysis, deal management, and direct client interaction de buy-side and sell-side engagements from pitches through closing.

As Vice President, you will execute transactions typically ranging from $25M–$500M in enterprise value. Kroll advises founder-owned businesses, private equity-backed companies, and larger corporate subsidiaries. Your work will address complex M&A challenges through clear analysis, strategic judgment, and client guidance.

• Execute buy-side and sell-side transactions through closing
• Analyze financial information and complex strategic issues
• Present findings clearly to corporate finance decision-makers
• Ensure quality and detail in client deliverables
• Mentor analysts and junior associates

• Minimum five years of demonstrable M&A execution experience
• Experience at an M&A boutique, investment bank, or accounting firm
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to travel within Canada and the United States
