As Vice President, you will originate and execute sell-side, buy-side, and capital advisory assignments. You will work with Managing Directors, business owners, private equity investors, family offices, and strategic acquirers. The position combines client relationship management, business development, corporate finance, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates
Develop relationships with owners, investors, and strategic acquirers
Build financial models, valuations, and client presentations
Coordinate buyer outreach, diligence, and transaction advisors
Coach Associates and Analysts while overseeing work quality
Requirements:
Five to seven-plus years of relevant corporate finance experience
Demonstrated middle-market M&A transaction execution experience
Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities
Proven client relationship development and maintenance record
Advanced M&A process, analytical, and communication skills
