As Vice President, you will execute transactions typically ranging from $25M–$500M in enterprise value. Kroll advises founder-owned businesses, private equity-backed companies, and larger corporate subsidiaries. Your work will address complex M&A challenges through clear analysis, strategic judgment, and client guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute buy-side and sell-side transactions through closing
Analyze financial information and complex strategic issues
Present findings clearly to corporate finance decision-makers
Ensure quality and detail in client deliverables
Mentor analysts and junior associates
Requirements:
Minimum five years of demonstrable M&A execution experience
Experience at an M&A boutique, investment bank, or accounting firm
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
Ability to travel within Canada and the United States
