This associate role works alongside Canaccord Genuity professionals, including senior principals, across transaction development and execution. You will contribute to valuation, research, due diligence, presentation materials, offering documents, and transaction marketing. The position requires investment banking experience, quantitative strength, and careful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop financial analyses, valuations, and detailed transaction models
Prepare presentation materials and offering documents
Research companies and mining industry dynamics
Conduct due diligence for advisory and financing transactions
Market transactions with Canaccord Genuity deal teams
Requirements:
University degree in a business-related discipline
Minimum two years of similar investment banking experience
Experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance preferred
Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
Analytical, resourceful, diligent, and detail-oriented approach
Bring investment banking experience, financial modeling, and mining transaction skills to Canaccord Genuity’s in-office associate team.
