Key Responsibilities:- Lead risk reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics improvements
- Provide challenge and oversight of credit risk decisions
- Analyze portfolio trends, exposures, variances, and opportunities
- Recommend strategies supporting risk-adjusted returns and business goals
- Represent reporting functions during regulatory audits and examinations
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Expertise in commercial credit risk and underwriting
- Experience with financial statement analysis and credit structuring
- Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
