As Vice President Index Management, you will manage benchmark and thematic equity indices while advising international clients. The role combines systematic selection, rebalancing, investment trend research, and algorithm enhancement. You will collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and developers across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate global client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Oversee benchmark and thematic equity index portfolios
Execute rules-based index selection and rebalancing cycles
Research thematic investment trends and quantitative approaches
Enhance deterministic models and index algorithms
Requirements:
Degree in finance, financial engineering, mathematics, or engineering
At least seven years in equity or index management
Experience fostering client relationships and explaining investment concepts
Required Python proficiency; VBA, MATLAB, or SQL beneficial
Fluent English and familiarity with thematic or benchmark investing
