The Financial Analyst will analyze business performance and financial data for informed decisions. The position partners with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include reporting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial and management reports
Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
Investigate discrepancies and recommend actions to management
Maintain financial models, templates, and analytical tools
Support month-end and quarter-end reporting completion
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
Approximately five or more years’ financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and modeling
Strong SAP, ERP, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge
CPA designation preferred or in progress
Bring analytical reporting, advanced Excel, SAP, and forecasting capabilities to Senior Financial Analyst work supporting Toronto’s CPG organization.
