Bilingual Cash Management Officer

Deliver exceptional bilingual client service in Toronto as a Cash Management Enrolment Officer supporting RBC onboarding platforms. Apply accuracy and due diligence daily.

RBC seeks a Bilingual CMO Enrolment Officer to manage onboarding for new and existing clients. You will support RBC Express, RBC Edge, and other platforms while coordinating internal service partners. The role combines document verification, critical thinking, client focus, and operational delivery across multiple queues.

• Process Cash Management onboarding requests across multiple queues
• Deliver end-to-end onboarding for Cash Management product solutions
• Coordinate Product Specialists and internal service partners
• Verify documents and provide follow-up support for complex implementations
• Input BCRMS billing with 100 percent accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal French and English communication
• One to two years’ financial services customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative work ethic
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of Cash Management Products Suite
