Banking Customer Service Representative

Support BMO customers at 291 Spadina Avenue through personal banking advice, transactions, and digital banking guidance. Work across branch channels as market needs require.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional service while identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions. You will handle banking requests, initiate referrals, and support everyday banking and credit card conversations. The work includes collaborating with branch partners, protecting customer privacy, and following risk and compliance policies.

• Welcome customers and complete banking transactions
• Identify needs and provide financial guidance
• Initiate referrals to BMO colleagues
• Explain digital and self-serve banking options
• Escalate complex customer situations when required

• No prior experience necessary
• Related post-secondary degree or certification desirable
• Knowledge of personal banking products and trends
• Basic communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Confidence using online tools and applications
