Serve BMO customers at 291 Spadina Avenue as a Personal Banking Associate, using consultative sales and financial advice skills daily.
This associate delivers exceptional service while identifying everyday banking and credit card needs. You will recommend financial solutions, explain digital and self serve options, and collaborate with BMO partners. The work supports customer experience and branch business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers and guide them through branch lobby services
- Conduct needs based conversations about banking and credit cards
- Recommend financial solutions and alternative banking channels
- Complete customer transactions with seamless execution
- Support referrals, applications, inventory, and branch operations
- Typically one to two years of relevant experience
- Consultative customer service or sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions
- Investment product registration completed or progressing, where applicable
