As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll serve personal and small business clients within CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team. You’ll understand their priorities, provide financial plans, and manage a mortgage client portfolio individually or collaboratively. The position emphasizes comprehensive retail banking, referrals, business development, and digital banking guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend personalized financial, investment, and credit solutions
- Manage mortgage client relationships and deepen engagement
- Network, make outbound calls, and identify growth opportunities
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
- Two to three years providing financial advice and achieving sales results
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Client-first, goal-oriented, and critical-thinking approach
- Passion for relationships, learning, and client service
